Legal Type of Graduate School (Higher Education Act, Article 29-2)

“Specialized graduate school”: Graduate schools, the main educational purpose is to apply practical theories required for training of human resources in the field of specialized vocations and to conduct research and development related thereto;

Condition of Admission

The purpose of this course is to educate the students about academic theories and application of law and personality as a legal person, to prepare students to become professional lawyers who can effectively implement freedom, equality, and justice.

Educational Objectives

1. Education Develop students’ insights about of various types of personalitiesy,  that serves and contributes to national and human society based on the understanding of humanin relation to , society and culture, which will inevitably contribute to the betterment of society
2. Education Develop students’ knowledge of professional knowledge and professional ethics that properlywill equip students to effectively resolve disputes between groups and individuals to ensureand realize justice
3. Education Develop students’ of academic knowledge and skills leading to help make appropriate correct policy judgments and system improvement

Graduation Requirements

1. Completion of course credits: 94 credits including 32 required credits
2. Acquisition of 6 credits for student guidance
3. Successful completion of comprehensive examination
